Who are we ?

We are a family business doing Maple the old way, spiles and buckets on the trees, and boiling sap over a wood evaporator, this gives us the distinctive traditional bold flavoring.

Pure Maple Syrup gives us the opportunity to broaden our offerings to great like products like Infused Maple Syrups, Maple Sugar, Maple Butter, Maple Jelly, Maple Fudge and Maplecomb.

To increase shelf life and be able to offer products as fresh as possible, we only maintain minimal stock of products made from our syrup, preferring to make fresh to order.

We are members of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association. This is a sign of quality and of best practices shared across the syrup producing industry. The Association website provides a full set of resources for you including help to find where to buy products, recipes and events.

During the maple ‘off season’ we make chocolates from scratch so we can monitor what ingredients are used. All our chocolates are dairy free and vegan, not that you would know when you taste them.
